Perhaps among those who have held the worst fears and made the most
dire predictions about the global ecological and social crisis there
may be many who are feeling an uneasy sense of validation as the most
analysis of the sustainability of our planet increasingly continues to
be very bleak. As the global reports from a wide range of sources
